The famous « Brat style, » commonly referred to as « BRAT, » originates from the Land of the Rising Sun, from a small garage of the same name. Everyone knows it today, but I wanted to pay tribute to them because this motorcycle look, in my opinion, is perfect. It has taken over the world because it’s so cool; it required thought and taste. Stripping the bike of the superfluous, bulking up its tires, slimming down the tank, chopping the rear end, keeping its shocks to avoid making it a rigid Harley-type with a low rear, yet making it a rough ride by removing all the comfort from the seat. All these mix of ideas result in something more than sexy, so badass that from the tough guy to the hipster, everyone wants one. The advantage is that you can turn a real junker into a beauty; all brands are fair game, and that’s what’s amusing. Even old BMs have become trendy, whereas they made you sick before this revolution. Every ugly two-wheeler becomes a challenge and can transform from a toad into a princess. A unique style that has become a norm, it deserved a mention.

Tout le monde le sait aujourd’hui mais j’avais envie de leur rendre hommage tellement ce look de moto est selon moi parfait, il a envahi le monde tellement c’est cool, il fallait y penser et avoir du goût. Vider sa bécane du superflu lui muscler les pneumatiques, la faire maigrir du tank lui ratiboiser le cul, conserver ses amortos pour ne pas en faire un rigide type Harley aux fesses basses, mais la rendre tape cul quand-même en lui retirant tout le confort de la selle. Tout ce mélange d’idées donne un résultat plus que sexy, tellement badass, que du vrai dur au hipster, tous en veulent une. L’avantage c’est qu’on peut faire une beauté avec une vraie bouse, toutes les marques y passent et c’est bien ça qui est marrant, les vieilles BM sont mêmes devenues tendances alors qu’elles foutaient la gerbe avant cette révolution. Tout 2 roues immonde devient un challenge et peut passer du crapaud à la princesse. Un style à part qui est devenu une norme, ça méritait un petit mot
